Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the PATAVIEWS platform. These terms govern your use of our services and create a legally binding agreement between you and PATAVIEWS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PATAVIEWS platform ("Service") at pataviews.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
PATAVIEWS provides social media growth services including organic audience development and paid advertising management across multiple platforms. Services are purchased through a wallet-based system where users top up their balance and place orders for specific services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Service. By using PATAVIEWS, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to access our dashboard and purchase services. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate and truthful registration information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access PATAVIEWS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Wallet & Payments
Our Service uses a prepaid wallet system. You must top up your wallet balance before placing orders. All wallet top-ups are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via M-Pesa or Flutterwave. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once processed. Unused wallet balances may be refunded at our discretion upon written request to support@pataviews.co.ke, subject to a 10% processing fee.
6. Service Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is deducted from your wallet, the order will begin processing. Order delivery times vary by platform and service type. You agree to: • Provide accurate target URLs or usernames for delivery • Ensure your social media accounts comply with each platform's terms of service • Not use our services for accounts that contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
7. Platform Compliance
All organic growth services are designed to be platform-safe and algorithm-aligned. We do not use bots, fake accounts, or any methods that violate social media platform terms of service. PATAVIEWS is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party social media platforms. We recommend reviewing each platform's terms before placing orders.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds for completed service orders are not guaranteed. If a service is not delivered as described, please contact our support team within 7 days of the order date. We will investigate and provide a wallet credit at our discretion if the issue is validated. Refunds will not be issued for orders where the target account/URL was incorrect, deleted, or made private after order placement.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use our Service for illegal purposes • Attempt to bypass payment systems or exploit pricing errors • Use our services to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal content • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Share your account credentials with third parties for resale • Use automated scripts to interact with our platform without prior written approval
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and intellectual property on the PATAVIEWS platform is owned by PATAVIEWS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PATAVIEWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or social media account issues. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
